| Bluechip Acquires Cyberoam Operation from MPA |
From the 7th July 2015 the MPA Cyberoam Team/Division with Matt Goodman at its head will become part of Bluechip IT. Joining Matt will be Philip Ashford who will operate from Brisbane Office.
MPA has a long history as a Cyberoam Distributor in Australia, many MPA Partners have been with them from the start of the Cyberoam journey over 7 years ago.
This is part of Bluechip Infotech's strategy to maximise its Security capabilities and enhance our solutions assistance for our partners.
Matt and Philip will be welcome additions to our company.
How will this new arrangement affect Bluechip IT, MPA and Cyberoam partners?
Your Cyberoam Partner relationship will now continue to grow with Bluechip IT & Cyberoam.
With Matt Goodman heading up the Cyberoam team at Bluechip IT, the only real change for you is where you order from.
The same engagement with Cyberoam products and services will continue with Bluechip IT Cyberoam Team, including:
- Broadened product advice
- Broadened pre/post technical support.
- Combined built-up knowledge of the Cyberoam brand
- Access to more office and warehouse locations
- An expanded sales/support team now including:
- Matt Goodman is joining Bluechip IT based out of
Melbourne and will be responsible for Cyberoam.
- Philip Ashford (QLD) joining Bluechip IT QLD team.
- Bluechip Account Managers in each state.
- Access to all value-add Cyberoam services.
- Renewal Notices - Subcriptions will remain active and current with Bluechip IT
- All Warranty / Support / Adv Replacement arrangements remain active and valid with Bluechip IT.

Bluechip scores 300 new partners in security deal

Takes Cyberoam from rival MPA Systems.
MPA Systems has sold its distribution operations for security vendor Cyberoam to rival Bluechip Infotech.
As part of the buyout, Bluechip will take on MPA's 300 Cyberoam reseller partners. MPA will no longer have any Cyberoam operations.

Bluechip Infotech acquires MPA Systems' Cyberoam business

Distributor, Bluechip Infotech has acquired the Cyberoam operation from within MPA Systems, including two Cyberoam focused staff, Matt Goodman and Philip Ashford.
The financial terms of the deal haven't been disclosed.
Goodman will take up the Cyberoam product management role out within Bluechip Infotech and Ashford will become the distributor's business development manager in its Brisbane office
